Nancy Caldwell
Nancy Caldwell, senior consultant at CEN, uses her international experience
and research projects as a basis for designing and implementing intercultural
training programs for the CEN’s international clients. As well
as consulting and training in the U.S., her own country, Nancy is
based in Europe, with professional experience in Latin America, North
Africa and Asia. She has published with Society for Intercultural
Training and Research Journal and is presently on its scientific committee
for the selection of papers to be presented at the 2005 European Congress.
Ms. Caldwell’s chapter on Intercultural/ Inter-professional
Negotiation, commissioned by the International Institute on Applied
Systems Analysis, appears in the book, Professional Cultures in
International Negotiation published in 2003 by Lexington Books.
The forthcoming publication (September 2005) on the parallels and
links between creativity and negotiation reflects Nancy Caldwell’s
work on the use of creativity techniques for problem-solving in
the professional domain and the application of Solutions Focus methodology
in corporate consulting.
Along with corporate training, she holds the positions of Maître
de Conférences at HEC and Chargé d’enseignement
at Sciences Po.
