WORKING EFFECTIVELY IN AN
INTERCULTURAL ENVIRONMENT


Intercultural competence is a necessary, fascinating, and yet, sensitive subject for corporate training.

Necessary, because ot the international nature of corporate personnel, teams, suppliers, partners and customers.
Fascinationg, because of the complexity of history, culture and human nature. And finally sensitive, because we are speaking about values which are often not consciously recognized, but which define who we are. Careful consideration must also be focused on the moral imperatives fo faster respect for others and encourage participants to learn to navigate between individuals and stereotypes.

The seminar content is based on the seminal works in the intercultural field such as HALL, HOFSTEDE, TROMPENAARS, extensive reading and research in country-specific history and literature, as well over hundreds of interviews with participants worldwide.
