Stefano has managed international consulting teams operating in numerous countries and different cultural settings from USA, Russia, Eastern Europe and Africa. Stefano is a chartered negotiator and mediator and Managing Director of Accord International ADR a company accredited at the Ministry of Justice of Italy to operate as official body of mediation.
