Virginia M. Soukup first
joined forces with C.E.N. in Paris in 1987 since when she has been
running negotiation seminars in English mainly for sales and marketing
teams, leading to close collaboration with executive management to
support and develop the implementation of international teams within
Europe and on a global scale. In response to increasing client demand,
she has also extended the core areas of negotiation and leadership
to include cross-cultural change readiness and executive coaching.
Virginia is currently undertaking research in the field of women,
the “shadow negotiation” and the international business
community”.
A true citizen of the world, Virginia was born in Holland, studied
in Britain and Germany and is now relocating her own consultancy,
specializing in coaching and change management back to France after
five years in the USA. Virginia is committed to promoting women
to Board positions on both sides of the Atlantic and has been a
guest speaker at international conferences aimed at increasing women’s
clout in the business world. She serves on the Board of Tempo International
and is presently Chairwoman for the 2005 Tempo International conference
in Geneva to support and mentor executive women across cultures.
